Booker is seeking a Retail Development Manager to report to the Retail Development Controller and collaborate with the Regional Retail Team. You will engage Premier and Family Shopper retailers to support and grow their businesses, covering Norfolk and Lowestoft areas.
Responsibilities include mentoring retailers, recruiting new business from competitors, challenging underperforming stores, and feeding back to the retail functions to drive bookstore and brand growth.
