About the role
Part‑time position. Working pattern: Saturday 7:00‑13:30 (30 min break), Sunday 8:00‑13:30.
We are a 5‑day operation; the exact opening hours can be confirmed on our website.
We only recruit individuals aged 17 and over.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service, guiding customers to the products they need and ensuring a swift checkout experience.
- Keep shelves stocked, support replenishment processes, and assist with accurate order picking for deliveries.
- Maintain a friendly, professional appearance and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
Requirements
- Ideally have experience in a wholesale or retail environment.
- Possess a can‑do attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
- Reliable and punctual with a good presentation.
