About the role:
Support sales effectiveness across foodservice by leading key enablement activity, helping ensure the sales team has the tools, processes, insight and guidance needed to perform consistently. This role would typically take the lead on CRM ways of working, territory and prospect management, onboarding and sales tools, while also partnering with proposition, finance, marketing and leadership teams to support successful execution. This role is flexible in location.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead sales enablement tools and CRM ways of working.
- Support territory, postcode and prospect management.
- Support activation and field readiness.
- Lead onboarding, methodology and capability support.
- Provide reporting, scorecards and performance insight.
- Coordinate customer listening and insight activity.
- Partner on customer measures and contact strategy.
- Contribute through governance and cross functional working.
You will need:
- Strong sales support and productivity skills.
- High proficiency in reporting, dashboards and KPI analysis.
- CRM systems expertise (processes, workflows, reporting).
