Booker is seeking experienced butchers to run our Butchery Departments with an entrepreneurial approach, acting almost as their own business within the store. You’ll work with customers to grow their business and provide excellent service, with the flexibility to manage operations and product knowledge across meat proteins.
You’ll help maintain stock, safety standards, and team leadership while collaborating with the Store Manager on growth plans to increase sales and profitability.
