Booker is seeking a Retail Development Manager to lead engagement with Premier and Family Shopper retailers across Norfolk and the Lowestoft area. You’ll drive the Retail Plan, report to the Retail Development Controller, and collaborate with the Regional Retail Team to grow retailer performance.
You will manage a portfolio, recruit new business from competitors, challenge underperforming stores, and share feedback with retail functions while promoting a culture of inclusion and excellence.
