The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Working Hours: Saturday: 5 hours, Sunday: 7 hours, Monday: 8 hours. Daily hours will be confirmed at the interview stage.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service as a commercial butcher.
  • Engage with customers, building relationships to understand their business and needs.
  • Prepare orders to customers' requirements.
  • Comply with health and safety and legal standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within the butchery trade with good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, organised and an excellent communicator.
  • Good understanding of stock control processes and procedures.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be over 18 if the role involves working before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or in areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine & spirits, and driving roles.
