We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused Front of House Team Member to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors. In this role, you will ensure a welcoming environment, provide excellent customer service, and support smooth day‑to‑day front‑facing operations. We are looking for someone with a real can‑do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile. Working as part of a team you will operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.

Working Pattern

The working pattern is Sunday to Thursday AM. We are a 5‑7 day operation (check our website for specific opening times).

Responsibilities

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our goal is to get customers back to their own business as quickly as possible, delivering what they need, keeping shelves full, providing speed of service through tills, and ensuring a fond farewell. We also support customers with deliveries and accurate order picking.
