Looking for a career in Wholesale Store Management? We are currently looking for self-starters who have a sound operational understanding of managing a store, are comfortable making decisions whilst maintaining a compliant and safe operation.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Area Manager, your role will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that your branch is trading efficiently, safely, within legal constraints and offers the highest customer service standards.
- You will be dedicated to keeping customers happy, take pride in your work, have a proven record of managing a team to success, have an enthusiastic attitude and a driving ambition to be the best at whatever you do.
- From day one you can expect to be trusted with real responsibility, working within a team of people that will give you the support to give our customers what they need, when they need it.
Qualifications
- To be successful in this position you will need retail/wholesale experience, not necessarily from a food background.
- You will be familiar with operational procedures, able to demonstrate success and not be afraid to get stuck in.
