Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store – shelves, tills, stock management and picking deliveries.
- Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal; advise the Manager of any differences.
- Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
- Process deliveries efficiently to meet target rates.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service; be polite with delivery staff and respond appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex situations to a supervisor.
- Meet designated pick rates and be willing to go the extra mile for customers.
- Always be on time and properly presented.
Requirements:

- Willingness to work 20 hours per week on a seasonal, temporary basis.

- Good communication skills and ability to handle customer queries politely.
- Must be over 18 years old; roles that require work before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or in specific areas (warehouse, beverages, driving) only accept candidates over 18.
