Reporting to : Head of Marketing
As Head of Marketing – Retail, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Booker connects with its retail partners and their customers. This is a strategic leadership position where you’ll guide the development and delivery of our Retail Marketing plan, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business priorities and deliver real value.
You’ll lead a talented team to create effective, customer-focused marketing across seasonal events, brand development, and in-store experiences. You’ll also oversee our Added Value Services programme—securing exclusive deals that help retailers “Make More” and “Save More,” strengthening the appeal of Booker’s symbol brands.

Retail & Brand Marketing
Developing and delivering seasonal and event campaigns
Ensuring all leaflets and POS align with promotional programmes
