About the role

  • Health and safety is a priority – everyone should go home safe at the end of each shift.
  • Base pay of £12.81 per hour, with additional earnings through shift premiums, incentives and overtime after 40 hours.
  • Average weekly pay: night shift (22:00–06:00) between £627.77 and £648.27; 6–2 / 2–10 shift between £541.87 per week.
  • Extra pay for nights, weekends and hours worked after 18:00.
  • Incentive scheme offers up to £90 extra per week.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, stack and wrap customer orders safely, accurately and on time.
  • Receive and locate stock safely and properly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
  • Follow health, safety and legal standards at all times.
  • Handle stock with care to meet customer needs.
  • Work with care in ambient, chilled and freezer areas.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, organised and able to meet deadlines.
  • Team player who can work independently and use initiative.
  • Warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Successful completion of drug & alcohol, and numeracy & literacy tests before start.
