Role Overview

This is a part time role for 20 hours per week. This role is a temporary seasonal role. Working 5 days out of 7, may include weekend work.

Responsibilities

  • You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store, so no two days will be the same.
  • Fill shelves, serve on tills, ensure correct stock levels, and pick deliveries.
  • Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a hand-held terminal and advise the Manager of any differences.
  • Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
  • Process deliveries efficiently and to target, providing a high standard of customer service.
  • Maintain politeness when dealing with delivery staff and respond appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex situations to a manager.
