Warehouse Team Manager

The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost effective management of the warehouse operations. It will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the daily Warehouse operation and enable the required level of service to be provided to the customer at all times.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will take full responsibility for ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods in line with agreed productivity targets and budgetary requirements. You will maintain the highest standards of operational excellence while fostering a safe and compliant working environment through strong leadership and effective team management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations within the FMCG distribution industry.
• Practical knowledge of managing and supervising a busy depot environment.
• Familiarity with wider business and operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Good general knowledge of transport and logistics functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Strong IT proficiency – regular use of MS Office applications for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach.

Working Hours

This role is Monday – Friday, 10 pm – 6 am.
