We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our distribution centre in Farehamsite.

The role is a night shift working 10pm–6am, five days a week, in a fast‑paced environment that requires attention to detail, quick thinking and teamwork to pick orders accurately and deliver them on time.

Prior to employment you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing customer orders using a hand‑held terminal.
  • Receiving, storing and stacking stock appropriately.
  • Working with integrity to fulfil all stock requirements.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment with health, safety and legal compliance as top priority.
  • Opportunities to be trained on LLOPs and FLTs in some areas of the distribution centre.
  • Handling ambient, chilled and freezer sections as required.

Qualifications

  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Hard‑working, able to meet scheduled deadlines and display a professional, positive, organised, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, showing self‑motivation.
