We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our distribution centre in Farehamsite.
The role is a night shift working 10pm–6am, five days a week, in a fast‑paced environment that requires attention to detail, quick thinking and teamwork to pick orders accurately and deliver them on time.
Prior to employment you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders using a hand‑held terminal.
- Receiving, storing and stacking stock appropriately.
- Working with integrity to fulfil all stock requirements.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment with health, safety and legal compliance as top priority.
- Opportunities to be trained on LLOPs and FLTs in some areas of the distribution centre.
- Handling ambient, chilled and freezer sections as required.
Qualifications
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Hard‑working, able to meet scheduled deadlines and display a professional, positive, organised, and enthusiastic approach.
- Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, showing self‑motivation.
