About the role

Support sales effectiveness across foodservice by leading key enablement activities, ensuring the sales team has the tools, processes, insight and guidance needed to perform consistently. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Leading CRM ways of working
  • Territory and prospect management
  • Onboarding and sales tools
  • Partnering with proposition, finance, marketing and leadership teams to support successful execution

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading sales enablement tools and CRM ways of working
  • Supporting territory, postcode and prospect management
  • Supporting activation and field readiness
  • Leading onboarding, methodology and capability support
  • Providing reporting, scorecards and performance insight
  • Coordinating customer listening and insight activity
  • Partnering on customer measures and contact strategy
  • Contributing through governance and cross‑functional working

You will need:

  • Strong sales support and productivity skills
  • High proficiency in reporting, dashboards and KPI analysis
  • CRM systems expertise (processes, workflows, reporting)
  • Ability to manage new business and postcode territory performance insights
  • Strong governance and attention to detail
  • Growth mindset – continuous process improvement
  • Effective cross‑functional collaboration

Previous Experience:

  • Hands‑on CRM ownership or customer file management administration experience
  • Experience in sales or commercial operations roles
  • Proven capability producing regular performance reporting
  • Demonstrated delivery of process improvements or tool launches
