The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

Supporting the development and ongoing improvement of the business's food service proposition. You will be helping to translate customer insight and commercial performance into clear priorities, compelling offers and supporting services. This role would be expected to play a leading role in shaping the proposition and associated trade activity, while working closely with sales, marketing and category teams to help drive growth, customer relevance and satisfaction. The successful candidate can be flexible in base location, but will be required to attend meetings in various business areas.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the development of the food service proposition
  • Shape pricing and promotional planning
  • Support proposition activation and brand consistency
  • Use insight to inform proposition decisions
  • Support customer life cycle activity
  • Contribute to wider proposition services and standards
  • Partner on customer measures and contact strategy
  • Work cross functionally through Governance and Natural Work Teams

  • Experience producing evidence-based business cases
