Booker is seeking a Customer Insight Partner to join our growing team and put the customer at the heart of decision making. You’ll lead a mix of insight projects, from surveys to in-depth interviews, and present findings to stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Product.
You’ll shape research programmes, link data sources, and translate insight into actionable recommendations that drive improvements across the customer journey.
