We are seeking an experienced Credit Administrator to join our Finance Team in Eccles, Manchester, on a part-time basis (25 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customer application packs are completed accurately
- Process all new account applications within agreed SLAs
- Conduct credit checks on new/existing applications or increases
- Process changes to credit limits within SLAs
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Verify the accuracy of welcome letters before sending
- Handle customer applications promptly
- Manage credit limit increases with proper KYC documentation
- Ensure all work is auditable and accountable
