We are looking for a dedicated associate to support our store operations. The ideal candidate has a real can-do attitude and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store (shelves, tills, stock, picking deliveries, etc.).
- Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a hand-held terminal and report any discrepancies to the manager.
- Check quality, shelf life, and packaging integrity in preparation for delivery.
- Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
- Engage politely with delivery staff and respond appropriately to queries and complaints, escalating complex situations to a supervisor.
- Work to meet designated pick rates and uphold store presentation standards.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age, with flexibility to work before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm if required.
- Prior retail or warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
