Responsibilities:
- Ordering of stock for food preparation and vending machines.
- Responsibility for stock management and stock control.
- Code checking and quality control of stock.
- Preparation of food in accordance with hygiene requirements.
- Vending machine replenishment, management, pricing, cleaning, and cash collection.
- Hospitality support.
- Maintaining housekeeping in the canteen, kitchen facilities, dining area, and counters.
- Adhering to food hygiene, HACCP, allergen, and COSHH guidelines at all times.
- Monitoring temperature controls and code dates.
Requirements:
- Cooking experience is essential.
- Excellent customer service attitude, friendly and outgoing personality, team-oriented.
- High standard of presentation, ability to work with varied menu, and serve colleagues and visitors.
- Ability to prepare, cook, serve food, clean, and stock vending machines.
- Hygiene Certificate preferred.
