Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to manage one of our busy branches.

The role requires leadership and drive to coach a team to deliver great shelf availability for our valued customers, ensuring safe working practices and high standards of compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure team compliance with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
  • Reduce stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage.
  • Reduce replenishment costs by ensuring stock is handled efficiently, products are accurately stocked, and goods receiving processes are secure.
  • Work with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales.
  • Execute effective replenishment to maintain branch availability for customers.
  • Possibly perform duty management, receiving full training.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional operational standards for customers.
  • Flexible, adaptable and enjoys working with, as well as managing a team.
  • Excellent communicator with experience supervising or managing a team.
  • Practical experience in the food retail trade.
