Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Proven experience within the butchery trade with good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, organisational and excellent communication abilities
  • Good understanding of stock control processes and procedures
  • Engage with customers, building relationships to understand their business and needs
  • Prepare orders to customers’ requirements
  • Comply with health & safety and legal standards at all times
