As a Technical Business Analyst within Booker Technology, you will work in the Online Shopping team to deliver secure, reliable, and customer-focused digital solutions across our websites and mobile apps. You will play a key role in shaping digital enhancements, breaking down complex problems, analysing bugs and data, and building solutions that improve customer satisfaction and support business goals.
You will be joining a high-growth area: it is the fastest-growing wholesale online platform in the UK, generating £ billion annually, with expectations to exceed £4 billion within the next two years. Around 3 million users rely on our platform—and that number is rising. Your work will directly influence their experience.
