The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

To be the network lead for defining all training requirements for Warehouse, ensuring that all DC’s /central teams are fully compliant with recording of training is accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training materials to ensure all colleagues are trained to meet all group and statutory obligations.
  • Define training requirements by job profile and develop a suite of training for all roles within the operation.
  • Develop a consistent approach for accurate recording of all training across Distribution.
  • Development of site based Warehouse Trainers to ensure a consistent delivery in training.
  • Production of accurate data/reports for business meetings.
  • Ensure that all sites abide to stipulated training and timelines, and validate through regular audits of on-site training.
  • Develop working relationships with Central/Site Health and Safety teams to ensure all training methods meet all group and statutory obligations.
  • Plan and develop any new training to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of delivering training.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • PC literate in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Working knowledge and experience of Health.
