We are currently recruiting an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join our busy warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, requiring accuracy, reliability, and strong health and safety awareness. As a member of our warehouse team you will undertake challenging and rewarding work and play a pivotal role in ensuring we fulfil our customers' needs. Our Booker Retail Partners site in Didcot is a 245,000 sq ft, modern, multi-temperature food service site. There is also great scope for training, development and progression within the company.
Successful candidates will be required to work 5 days per week between Sunday and Friday with shift hours of 06:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs (the early day shift) one week and 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs (the late day shift) the next week. Limited positions are also available on the night shift with hours of 22:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating a reach truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Putting stock away into racking locations and replenishing pick faces
- Ensuring all goods are handled correctly to prevent damage
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
- Adhering to all Health and Safety regulations
