We have exciting vacancies for Distribution Team Managers at Booker Magor DC. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for Warehouse Operatives and Clerks on your shift, as well as the smooth efficient running of the Warehouse operation to meet productivity requirements and service level commitments. In addition, you will also be responsible for managing a team to hit business KPIs, support development within the team and provide a safe and clean working environment.

  • Effective communication and decision making
  • Excellent people management skills
  • A can-do attitude and be an analytical person able to problem solve quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
  • Previous experience of working within a large distribution centre or similar
  • Intermediate PC user skills
