Youll work closely with Technology Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into structured delivery activity. br /span span br /span span Youll play a key role in planning, tracking and supporting ETL migration work, ensuring processes are standardised, well-governed and successfully implemented. Working across multiple teams, youll help make sure data flows are clear, reliable and ready for the future. br /span /p /div div h2 /h2 ul li Translate business and technical requirements into clear delivery specifications for ETL solutions /li li Support the migration from existing ETL tooling to a new, modern platform /li li Identify current data flows, dependencies and transformation requirements across systems /li li Help define and document future-state ETL designs, standards and processes /li li Coordinate delivery activity across ETL migration workstreams, managing risks, dependencies and milestones /li li Work with business teams, developers, data teams and external partners to support joined-up delivery /li li Prepare and maintain documentation including migration plans, RAID logs, and status updates /li li Support data mapping, transformation, reconciliation and validation activities /li li Coordinate testing activity, including planning, defect tracking and business validation /li li Support implementation, cutover, go-live and post-delivery follow-up /li li Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce complexity and improve standardisation /li li Ensure delivery aligns with governance, security, audit and change control requirements /li li Contribute to continuous improvement of ETL delivery practices and documentation /li li Experience in a systems, delivery, data integration or ETL-related role within IT /li li Strong ability to translate business and technical requirements into structured delivery outputs /li li Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, stakeholders and suppliers /li li Experience supporting ETL, data migration or platform transition activity /li li Understanding of testing, reconciliation and validation as part of data delivery /li li Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities /li li Clear communication skills, with confidence working across technical and non-technical teams /li li Experience producing structured documentation such as plans, reports and tracking logs /li li A proactive, detail-focused approach with strong ownership and follow-through /li /ul /div div h2 Its a bonus if you have /h2 ul li Experience with ETL tools, data transformation or enterprise data flows /li li Experience in retail, wholesale or other complex operational environments /li /ul /div
