We have an exciting opportunity for a Twilight Replenishment Supervisor to manage one of our busy branches. A challenging role that will need leadership and drive as you coach your team to deliver great on shelf availability for our valued customers. Keeping your team focused on delivering great results and working in a safe manner will be key. The role may involve some duty management where full training will be given. Real opportunities for progression across the Booker Group with many of our Supervisors moving into Store Management roles. We operate a 5/7 day operation and opening times can vary from Branch to Branch.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to deliver on shelf availability for customers, while maintaining safety and compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
- May involve duty management; full training will be provided.
- Reduce stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage.
- Reduce replenishment costs by ensuring stock is handled efficiently, that products have appropriate space for rate of sale, and that there is accuracy and security in the goods receiving department.
- Work with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales.
- Ensure effective replenishment to maintain branch availability for customers.
- Support a pathway for progression within the Booker Group, with opportunities to advance into Store Management roles.
Qualifications
- Passionate about providing exceptional operations standards for customers.
- Flexible, adaptable and enjoys working with, as well as, managing a team.
- An excellent communicator with some experience in supervising or managing a team.
- Practical experience in the food retail trade.
