Based: Wellingborough
We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Support Lead to join our team, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of Scoot promotional activity, credits processing, and finance workflows. The role supports retailers, internal teams and suppliers by ensuring accurate promotion setup, timely credit processing, and robust financial tracking.
Promotions Management
- Produce keying sheets for App uploads and input relevant brand promotions into Scoot, consolidating existing files.
- Handle promotion queries from retailers and the Scoot team, including pricing and promotional details.
- Add deal descriptors to promotional spreadsheets on a weekly basis.
- Load promotions for each promotional cycle, tailored to individual brands.
- Upload Booker/Supplier vouchers to the app as required.
- Upload Scoot Star deals and imagery weekly.
Credits Processing
- Generate all promotional credits and charges for retailers for each promotional period.
- Submit credit and charge information to Trading Finance for supplier invoicing and to Retail Finance to enable retailer credits.
Finance Administration
- Check, validate, and upload credits and charges to branches and BRP for the relevant promotional period (weekly).
- Monitor credit and charge processing and advise relevant teams of any outstanding items.
- Raise Scoot purchase invoices periodically.
- Add onboarding credits and debits to the Scoot finance tracker.
