We have an exciting new vacancy available within our Trading Support team for a Promotions-Co-Ordinator - National Accounts. In this role you will manage and administer pricing and promotional activity for National Account customers. To ensure that product and pricing data is managed to generate accurate weekly price files to agreed timelines. Providing support in building National Account promotions, managing the data accuracy and the loading of the pricing and deals so that these feed through to EPOS correctly. The role will require excellent communication and team working with the customer and/or National Accounts Sales Team, ensuring that requests are managed to deliver on customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:

  • Create and manage the weekly National Account price files and the loading into the SAP system.
  • Promotion deal sets built in conjunction with National Accounts and loaded into SAP to feed into price files.
  • Proof read Marketing materials, manage amends and fix any issues, liaising with other business areas as needed.
  • The key contact for anything relating to the National Account customer and/or National Accounts Sales Team.
  • Liaise with other departments at all levels to get the job done correctly and accurately on time.
  • Ensure that the National Account master files and SAP data is maintained accurately to agreed timescales and communicated as appropriate (e.g. weekly range and price changes).
  • Deal with ad hoc queries that come into the department (e.g. from the Brands, Trading Admin, Finance etc).
  • Work with the Category Managers to deliver any National Account requirements/requests.
  • To develop customer relationships with great communication and team working.
  • To support in managing National Account requests for change and to deliver process improvements.
