div h2 /h2 p span Warehouse Operative - pm - Booker Distribution br /span span br /span span Location: Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 5UBShift Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Any 5 from 7)Salary: Competitive Salary amp; Benefits br /span span We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us in our Farehamsite . br /span span br /span span Working in our distribution centres mean fast paced environments, excellent attention to detail with the ability to think quickly and work as part of a team to ensure orders are picked accurately and on time with seamless delivery to our customers. br /span /p /div div h2 This role is working any 5 days from 7, 2pm-10pmshifts /h2 ul li Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test** /li /ul /div div h2 Picking and packing customers orders, using a hand held terminal to understand pick expectation /h2 ul li Receiving storing and stacking appropriately /li /ul /div div h2 /h2 p span Working with the best integrity to fulfil all stock requirements and needs br /span span br /span span Maintaining a clean and safe environment with health, safe, legal always top of mind br /span span br /span span We have LLOPs and FLTs in operation on our sites, and successful individuals will be given the opportunity to be trained on these in certain areas of the DCs. br /span span br /span span Our distribution centres typically have ambient, chilled and freezer sections, preferences will be discussed within the process in more detail. br /span span br /span span As a warehouse operative, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment is essential. br /span span br /span span You should be hardworking, able to work to set deadlines, and have a professional, positive, organised, and enthusiastic approach. br /span span br /span span While proven experience in a warehouse environment would be preferred, it is not essential. br /span span br /span span You should be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
