In this pivotal role, you will:
- Champion best practices, influence key decision-makers, and ensure the Foodservice sales plan is executed flawlessly across your region.
- Develop and lead teams, focusing on maximising sales and profit.
- Drive sales, exceeding sales and profit targets for the region through clear strategic planning.
- Inspire, lead, and coach the foodservice sales team, ensuring clear development plans are in place.
- Achieve key objectives by delivering on sales and profit budgets.
- Lead best practice initiatives across your regional branches, driving customer experience and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leaders to ensure seamless execution of the Foodservice Sales Plan.
- Act as a key player in customer listening groups to develop insights and enhance the customer experience.
- Maximise resources effectively to maximise sales and profitability within your region.
- Take ownership of talent development and succession planning.
- Foster a culture that recognises performance and behaviours that lead to growth.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams, ideally within the foodservice sector.
