In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Champion best practices, influence key decision-makers, and ensure the Foodservice sales plan is executed flawlessly across your region.
  • Develop and lead teams, focusing on maximising sales and profit.
  • Drive sales, exceeding sales and profit targets for the region through clear strategic planning.
  • Inspire, lead, and coach the foodservice sales team, ensuring clear development plans are in place.
  • Achieve key objectives by delivering on sales and profit budgets.
  • Lead best practice initiatives across your regional branches, driving customer experience and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leaders to ensure seamless execution of the Foodservice Sales Plan.
  • Act as a key player in customer listening groups to develop insights and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maximise resources effectively to maximise sales and profitability within your region.
  • Take ownership of talent development and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture that recognises performance and behaviours that lead to growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams, ideally within the foodservice sector.
  • Experience in implementing strategies that maximise sales and drive profitability.
  • A commercially focused mindset, with the ability to turn insights into profitable actions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A passion for growth and the ability to coach your team to exceed their objectives.
