We are looking for a Driver De-brief to join our team who is highly motivated, well organised with a can-do attitude.
The purpose of this role is to provide a full and comprehensive administrative support in relation to de-briefing drivers on return to the depot, ensuring compliance and accurate recording of all information.
Within this role you will ensure that all required information, in relation to processes, are obtained from drivers on return to the depot and relevant information is shared with the drivers effectively.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 11am-19:00pm
Flexibility required as there is a requirement to work at least for every 2 nd Saturday.
About the role
We are looking for a Driver De-brief to join our team who is highly motivated, well organised with a can-do attitude.
The purpose of this role is to provide a full and comprehensive administrative support in relation to de-briefing drivers on return to the depot, ensuring compliance and accurate recording of all information.
Within this role you will ensure that all required information, in relation to processes, are obtained from drivers on return to the depot and relevant information is shared with the drivers effectively.

You will be responsible for
- Debrief all drivers returning to the depot
- Ensure compliance of all delivery paperwork is signed, present and correct to avoid POD queries and financial losses to the business
- Complete and send the end of shift report each evening
- Complete drivers debrief database and send to relevant people
- Check all returned invoices for signatures and completeness
- Questioning of returned stock against driver’s discrepancy sheet
- Liaise with transport regarding failed drops returning to depot
- Using Microlise to check drivers running Early/Late delivery and non-compliance
- General Transport administration as and when required including, supporting on Early/Late delivery reporting processes, PDA compliance, PCN’s – Future
- Ensuring driver compliance in returning paperwork i.e., all invoices signed credits reported and failed or late deliveries managed accordingly
- Daily driver debriefs, provide and communicate to the drivers. Liaise with transport and Inbound Logistics
- Communicating with drivers as part of debrief
- Completing end of day report
