CAD Operator - 12 month FTC

Overview

We\\\’re currently recruiting for a temporary position to assist with a defined project, reporting to the Space Planning Manager. This will be based in our Derby branch alongside other team members but working independently on data entry onto existing branch plans in AutoCAD. You will be dealing with the SRM Transformation (Space, Range, and Merchandising).

Responsibilities

• Interpreting feedback from site surveys and uploading survey information into AutoCAD as defined by the project
• Follow existing dept. and project specific processes for document management and recording
• Being proactive in engaging with other stakeholders to obtain additional required information and seeking clarification where necessary

Qualifications

• Good understanding and knowledge of AutoCAD (2025)
• Ability to deliver a consistent approach with attention to detail
• The ability to work under own initiative and be self sufficient
• To create good relationships with all stakeholders using good written and verbal communication skills
