Working within our Technology function in the Online Shopping team, you’ll use data and insight to influence product decisions, improve customer journeys, and measure the impact of change. You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong partnerships with product and design teams to shape objectives, set measurable goals and influence the roadmap.
  • Leading end-to-end analysis – from gathering requirements and defining success metrics to delivering actionable insights.
  • Designing, running and analysing A/B tests to continuously optimise the customer experience.
  • Using data from multiple sources to identify trends, answer business questions and uncover new opportunities.
  • Providing clear recommendations that balance customer needs and commercial impact.
  • Creating engaging, easy-to-understand data visualisations to communicate insights.
  • Confidently presenting findings and representing the team when needed.
  • Adding context to analysis using external benchmarks and industry comparisons.
  • Supporting fast, data-driven decision-making, especially where trade-offs are required.

You will need:

  • Experience in a digital analytics or similar role.
  • A strong track record of using experimentation (e.g. A/B testing) to drive performance and insight.
  • Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau (or similar platforms).
