We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and is willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We are a 5/7 day operation. You will be responsible for ensuring customers are at the heart of everything we do: keeping shelves full, providing speed of service through the tills, welcoming customers, and ensuring accurate deliveries.

You must have a can-do attitude, passion for customer service, willingness to go the extra mile, be punctual and properly presented.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customers can quickly find what they need.
  • Maintain shelves and stock levels.
  • Provide speedy service through the tills.
  • Greet customers and bid farewell, or manage deliveries accurately.
  • Be available for the full shift and present yourself professionally.
  • Follow operational procedures and uphold safety standards.

  • Residing in the UK and aged 18 or over (for early shift roles).
