This is a Seasonal Temp branch assistant role on a 12 week rolling contract basis. We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We operate 5/7 day operation; check our website for specific opening times. We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over. If the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines & spirits or driving roles, only candidates over the age of 18 will be accepted.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers find what they need and are assisted efficiently.
- Keep shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills, and give customers a fond farewell.
- Assist with delivery pick-ups and accurately restock items as required.
- Always be on time, properly presented, and adopt a can-do attitude.
