Responsibilities
- As a trainee, you will be trained on how to de‑bone, break down and trim meat cuts.
- Learn about the different meat cuts and specifications.
- Work in a safe, clean working environment in line with current legislation.
- After training is completed, you will have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level.
