We are recruiting Class 1 drivers to join our Transport Team at a Booker Retail Partner site. In this role you will be responsible for the safe delivery of stock to independent retailers’ stores.

Class 1 jobs require handballing and manual work, which can be physically demanding and involve working outside in adverse weather conditions.

  • Drive safely and efficiently to deliver goods.
  • Perform handballing of products at delivery points.
  • Adhere to all company and road safety procedures.

Required qualifications

  • Class 1 driving licence holder
  • Driver CPC holder
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Experience of multi-drop deliveries, temperature‑controlled food deliveries preferred but not essential
  • Flexibility in work hours and routes, including short notice changes
  • Over 18 years old (required for early‑morning or late‑night duties, or work in areas such as warehouses, beer, wine & spirits, or driving roles)
