About the role:

Responsible for managing pick sheet orders from warehouse staff and management, accurately selecting inventory from shelves to fulfil orders. Tasks include packing orders, shrink‑wrapping items onto pallets, and loading them onto trucks for timely delivery. Ensures all orders are correct, maintains up-to-date inventory records, and contributes to efficient warehouse operations. Additionally, delivers goods to customer premises, verifies delivery accuracy, obtains signed documentation, and collects any returns.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing electronic pick orders to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
  • Selecting warehouse items based on specifications such as size, colour, quantity, and quality.
  • Preparing and staging items appropriately for dispatch.
  • Operating handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Planning and overseeing product storage, replenishment, and dispatch.
  • Monitoring stock control systems to process specific orders efficiently.
  • Ensuring warehouse targets and performance goals are achieved.
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
  • Securing shrink‑wrapped products onto pallets for shipment.
  • Loading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Delivering goods to customer premises, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assisting driver operatives as needed.
  • Verifying goods with customers and ensuring documentation is completed accurately.
  • Packing warehouse orders as required to support team operations.
  • Utilising scanners to ensure accurate inventory management and order picking.
  • Performing general warehouse duties and other tasks as required.

You will need:

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory management.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
  • Capability to remain standing and active for extended periods.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Self‑motivated and able to take initiative in completing tasks.
