BookedSolid is an AI communication platform for allied health, focused on streamlining the administration bottleneck for clinics and clinicians across the UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand. Founded in late 2024, our mission is to revolutionise communication and front desk accessibility for patients across the allied health sector, so that organisations can focus on using human resources to deliver the best care possible. Over 1500 healthcare professionals across the world, from small clinics all the way to large healthcare groups, use BookedSolid every day, keeping their patients connected 24/7 through calls, SMS and website chat. We're now entering a new phase of growth and are looking to expand our London based team to support our growing customer base.
Your role as head of growth is to be responsible for our entire digital marketing and growth strategy, across multiple markets (UK, EU, Australia & New Zealand). This will consist in managing direction and budgets, the key tech tools used for driving growth as well as individual sub-contractors where needed. You'll be responsible for ensuring we plan and ultimately hit our growth targets. We're after someone who's excited about being part of a small but growing team in the allied health-tech space and who's happy doing a combination of hands-on work as well as managing sub-contractors for outsourced tasks.
Your Day To Day
- Take ownership of the overall digital marketing strategy for demand generation across multiple markets (UK, EU, Australia & New Zealand).
- Ensuring we hit our targets for customer base growth over the short, medium and long term.
- Executing this strategy through a combination of hands-on work with key tools, such as ad managers or social media and managing any work which is outsourced to sub-contractors.
- Continuous improvement and development of the overall strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing at tech companies.
- Evidence and experience executing marketing campaigns with long term results across more than one market (UK and Australia is a plus).
- Experience across multiple channels and tools, including key ad managers (Google, Meta, Open AI, etc), LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Strong budgeting and analytical skills, using data and results to make changes and decisions.
- Someone who enjoys and thrives in fast paced environments like that of an early stage startup.
Other Perks
- A slice of the pie – On top of salary, you'll get a share of the BookedSolid equity as growth begins to reach new heights.
- Pivotal stage of growth – You'll be joining BookedSolid at a key point in our journey, as we deliver value to a growing number of organisations around the world.
- Hybrid working – Flexibility around your working environment, with just 2 days a week required with the team.
