We are seeking a proactive and commercially focused AI Sales & Marketing Lead to drive business growth through lead generation, AI-powered marketing automation, and sales development. This role combines traditional sales and marketing expertise with modern AI tools and automation platforms to identify prospects, nurture leads, increase brand awareness, and generate qualified opportunities for the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable systems that attract, engage, and convert potential customers while continuously improving marketing and sales performance through AI and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Business Development
    • Research and identify potential customers across target industries and sectors.
    • Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns using email, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
    • Build and maintain prospect databases and sales pipelines.
    • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior management or sales teams.
    • Monitor and optimise lead conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
  • AI-Powered Marketing
    • Implement and manage AI-driven marketing strategies to increase visibility and customer engagement.
    • Use AI tools to create and optimise marketing content, campaigns, and customer communications.
    • Develop automated customer journeys and lead nurturing sequences.
    • Create targeted campaigns designed to generate inbound enquiries and sales opportunities.
    • Analyse campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Marketing Automation
    • Set up and manage CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
    • Design automated workflows for lead capture, follow-up, nurturing, and customer engagement.
    • Integrate AI tools with existing sales and marketing systems.
    • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all marketing and sales activities.
    • Continuously improve automation processes to increase efficiency and ROI.
    • Stay up to date with emerging AI, sales, and marketing technologies and identify opportunities for implementation.
