An opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company developing quality booking solutions for our customers. Booked it was founded in 2020, and has established itself as a leading provider in online booking systems particularly in competitive socialising and family entertainment venues.
This programme is open to school-leavers, graduates or those looking for a change and a new journey. The role is hybrid, with 1-2 days a week in our Central London office. Following your training, you will begin your journey with the company in technical support; dependent on business needs and capacity, you may progress into different career paths in the future. Our functions include: build, account management, onboarding, sales and development.
This job description is not exhaustive. The employee may be required to undertake additional duties within their skillset and capability as reasonably requested by their manager to support the needs of the business.
ResponsibilitiesDuring and after training, you will be trained in our bespoke system and software, with the ability to build, adjust and improve client booking journeys. After training, you will work in technical support and may progress into other career paths as needed by the business (build, account management, onboarding, sales and development).
