Allwyn is a global lottery and gaming entertainment group, active across Europe, the UK and the US. We operate trusted brands in highly regulated markets – but how we work together is anything but rigid. We’re curious, collaborative and driven by the belief that great work happens when smart people have the space to think and act.

We’re in the middle of an exciting transformation, modernising our products, platforms and ways of working. That means real responsibility, clear expectations and the freedom to bring your expertise to the table. If you like solving meaningful problems, working with people who care about what they do, and seeing the impact of your work, you’ll feel right at home here.

This role sits at the heart of commercial decision-making, providing high-quality financial insight and analytical support to drive both strategic and operational outcomes. Working closely with the Finance Business Partner and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in modelling, reporting and forecasting, and translating complex data into actionable insight while continuously enhancing processes, data quality and decision support across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and commercial opportunities.
  • Deliver insightful analysis, including scenario modelling, sensitivity and risk assessment, to support effective decision-making.
  • Produce accurate monthly reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking, with clear commentary on performance drivers.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, building driver-based models to improve accuracy and forward-looking insights.
  • Design and implement dashboards to track strategic initiatives and measure benefit realisation.
  • Continuously improve reporting, processes and data quality, acting as a key link between the business and finance.
What we’re looking for
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong foundation in financial and commercial analysis.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an analytical or finance role, with exposure to business partnering or commercial environments preferred.
  • Experience working with technology or product-led businesses is desirable, with an understanding of key drivers in these environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to build and maintain robust, decision-ready models.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex or ambiguous datasets and translate them into clear insights that drive business decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
What we offer
  • Stable job in a collaborative, friendly and international team culture.
  • Annual performance-based bonus.
  • 25 days of vacation.
  • Additional benefits – pension contribution, life assurance, private medical insurance scheme etc.
  • Company events (health days, number of sports events sponsored by Allwyn).
