Your mission is to join the Revolution in Hospitality Tech! Bookboost is the Hospitality Engagement Platform that empowers hotels to understand and engage their guests like never before. We unify guest data, automate personalised communication, and deliver experiences that drive revenue, loyalty, and operational excellence.

With strong growth across Europe and expansion plans globally, we’re seeking an ambitious marketing leader ready to shape Bookboost’s brand, drive measurable demand, and build a high-performance marketing engine. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a marketing function with huge potential. You’ll define, lead, and execute our marketing strategy, driving pipeline growth, elevating brand visibility, and positioning Bookboost as the thought leader in hospitality engagement technology.

You’ll lead our marketing coordinator and external partners, while building the team as the company scales. You will own strategy, budget, and execution with high autonomy, reporting directly to the Commercial Director and sitting within the leadership group.

Key activities include:

  • Strategy & Leadership
    • Define and execute Bookboost’s marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and communications.
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to align go-to-market strategy.
    • Own the marketing budget and optimise spend for impact and scalability.
  • Demand Generation
    • Drive measurable contribution to the sales pipeline through multi-channel campaigns.
    • Manage lead generation and nurture flows in HubSpot.
    • Experiment, analyse, and iterate to increase MQL and SQL conversion.
    • Build ABM and event strategies tailored to regional markets.
    • Personally execute core channels when needed: content production, on-page SEO, basic technical SEO hygiene, HubSpot workflows, and paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and retargeting).
    • Stand up lightweight measurement for these channels to prove ROI quickly before scaling with hires or partners.
  • Brand & Communications
    • Strengthen Bookboost’s brand voice, visual identity, and market presence.
    • Create thought leadership content that positions Bookboost as the hospitality tech innovator.
    • Oversee PR, website, and social storytelling.
  • Product & Partner Marketing
    • Lead go-to-market launches for new products and integrations.
    • Partner with resellers and integration partners to develop joint marketing initiatives.
  • Performance & Insight
    • Set and track KPIs across all marketing activities.
    • Report performance metrics and insights to leadership with clarity and actionability.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Marketing-sourced pipeline drives a measurable uplift in revenue.

Your profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in hospitality or CRM tech.
  • Proven success leading a marketing function with tangible commercial impact.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, HubSpot, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communicator, able to blend creativity with data-driven precision.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Strong working knowledge of content marketing, SEO, HubSpot, and paid media. Able to execute end-to-end.
  • Hands-on operator who can ship work personally until outsourcing or hiring is in place.
  • Experienced managing freelancers and agencies: can brief well, set KPIs, QA output, and spot red flags or low-value work.
