We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded marketer who’s full of ideas and loves seeing them come to life. As Senior Marketing Executive in the DK Children’s team, you’ll help bring our award-winning children’s books to readers everywhere, from inspiring non-fiction to fun and imaginative new fiction. You’ll play a key part in shaping campaigns that spark curiosity, build our brands, and connect with families and book lovers alike. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll plan and deliver campaigns that make an impact. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, PR, Editorial and Sales to make every campaign as creative and effective as possible, from initial concept through to results reporting.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering consumer marketing campaigns across digital, print, and partnerships
- Work with authors, agents, and brand partners to maximise visibility and promotional opportunities
- Support on high‑profile campaigns and projects with the Senior Marketing Manager
- Brief and manage the creation of assets, from social media content and POS to catalogues and video
- Deliver seasonal and brand campaigns (for example, Christmas or retailer promotions)
- Review campaign results and share insights to help shape future activity
- Manage budgets, approvals, and timelines with care and attention to detail

Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on experience)
