We serve a diverse customer base operating in various environments from sporting events and gastropubs to fine dining hotels, restaurants and event catering. We have opportunities for full time placements or simply pick up extra shifts on your free days to earn extra money! We have placements for agency chefs in North Wales covering head chef, senior sous chef, sous chef, and chef de partie roles. Ideal Candidate
We are looking for experienced and reliable chefs that take pride in their work, integrate seamlessly into a kitchen team and are keen to help us to grow our business by delivering a fantastic service to our customers.
Our Agency chefs must have:
Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast past commercial environment as a chef
Copy of their Food Safety & Hygiene certificate (at least Level 2 or above) and Food Allergens & Intolerances training completed in the last 3 years
Excellent working knowledge of the highest standards of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene legislation
Communicate effectively with all venue staff and have the ability and willingness to support our customers in all areas of the kitchen
Excellent time keeping, professionalism, reliability and enthusiasm on every placement
Ensure that the BookaChef Code of Conduct is adhered to at all times
