We’re looking for a passionate, customer-facing Restaurant Manager to lead the crew and keep the Boojum vibes going. You’ll run it like you own it, support your team, and make sure every customer walks away with a smile.
Location: Liverpool, Bold Street
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £32,240 - £35,360 + Quarterly Bonus
What You'll Be Doing:
- Running daily operations
- Building, training, and inspiring your team
- Ensuring top-notch customer service every time
- Upholding our food safety and quality standards
- Driving sales and hitting KPIs
- Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly
- Managing stock, wastage and deliveries
- Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year’s experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment
- Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership
- Great communicator and natural problem-solver
- Results-driven with a passion for people and great food
- Calm under pressure and cool with multitasking
- A natural leader who is inspiring, consistent and fair
- Willingness to learn; we will ensure you receive super thorough training!
