What You'll Be Doing:- Running daily operations
- Training, and inspiring your team
- Ensuring top-notch customer service every time
- Upholding our food safety and quality standards
- Driving sales and hitting KPIs
- Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly
- Managing stock, wastage and deliveries
- Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment
- Previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment
- Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership
- Great communicator and natural problem-solver
- Results-driven with a passion for people and great food
