About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to support our office-based Sales Team, manage accounts, provide excellent customer service, and help grow our business through both new and existing customer relationships. This role is office-based only – not hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Administration
- Complete line forms for new and existing business opportunities
- Maintain and support sales information systems such as CRM and stockist lists
- Provide telemarketing support to promote products to retailers
- Provide after-sales support to retail customers via phone and email, including point-of-sale materials and feedback recording
- Coordinate tasting events and sample requests using internal or external resources
- Assist with general sales administration tasks as required
- Customer Service, Complaints & Enquiries
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, and compliments via email, phone, or post using agreed templates and processes
- Handle incoming and outgoing business calls related to sales and customer service
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Account Development & Administration
- Understand customer needs through regular account meetings and ongoing communication
- Identify and implement innovative ways to drive sales across accounts
- Maintain accurate account records, track all customer interactions, and manage stock levels using CRM and internal systems
- Complete relevant customer forms, establish terms & conditions, and ensure effective order fulfilment
- Marketing Support
- Support the planning and delivery of consumer tasting events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including logistical, travel, and project support
- Attend events as necessary, which may include occasional overnight stays
- Coordinate sample requests for PR purposes
- General Administration
- Assist with general office tasks and co-ordinate travel plans as required
- Support other tasks as needed to contribute to the smooth running of the Sales Department
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year+ of experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented
